- fixing broken \label{} (BUG#5352)

\label{Parameter_encrypturl}

A resource's filename and full directory path appears in the URL. Setting the parameter "Do not show plain URL" to yes will change the URL to an encrypted code instead of displaying filename and directory path. Reasons for not showing the plain URL include the following:
\begin{itemize}
\item The answer is in the filename. For example, a problem may ask students to select the type of function a graph is representing and the answer is given in the filename, for example it is named linear.problem.
\item The same problem is used in both homework and an online quiz. The instructor can hide the URL in the quiz so students will have a difficult time determining if the problem existed in a particular homework set before.
\end{itemize}
