- Advertise access to Preferences via dropdown list attached to user's name
  at top left of screen.
- Compromise to support display in both contextual online help, and aggregated
  in manual (PDF).
  - Identify the "section" by name, because the \ref is converted to a question
    mark icon only, and not a number in online help context.

To create or change a screen name or nickname, do the following:

\begin{enumerate}

\item Either move your mouse pointer over your name at the top left of the page, and select \textbf{Preferences} from the displayed dropdown, or click \textbf{Main Menu} on the Inline Menu and 
then select \includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{pref} \textbf{Set user preferences} 
in the \textbf{My Space} group.
\item At the \textbf{Set User Preferences} screen, select 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{preferences-desktop-font}
\textbf{Screen Name}. 
\item Type your new screen name in the text field labeled \textbf{New screenname (shown if you post anonymously)}.
\item Type  your new nickname in the text field labeled \textbf{New nickname (shown if you post non-anonymously)}. 
\item Click the \fbox{Save} button.

Note: When using post anonymously, the user name is hidden from students and only visible to course coordinators.
